From full assembly conception down to the design of individual components, our 3D CAD design modelling services range from initial problem solving and concept design through to manufacturing drawings and if required adaptations of existing designs at any of the pre-manufacturing stages.
Prototyping is an essential function which prevents problems being carried forward into production where reiterations are costly and time consuming. With in-house 3D printing, CNC machining and fabrication capabilities we can turn around prototypes quickly and with our vast network of carefully selected manufacturing partners facilitate further a wide range of prototyping requirements.
In-house manufacturing capabilities are offered including 3D printing, low volume fabrication and CNC machining plus an extensive network of partners to work alongside on larger scale productions and manufacturing requirements. We can facilitate a wide range of manufacturing and production services including laser/waterjet/CNC plasma cutting, weld assemblies, non-metallic component production and fabric structures.
