During my time at Bloodhound LSR I was personally responsible for designing and delivering over 50 assemblies, critical to the running of the car. Some examples of these include:

• Parachute release assembly

• Parachute mounting assembly

• Air brake mechanism

• Brake cooling

• Jet engine systems installation

• Rocket fuel system

• Car cooling system

• Rocket hardware installation

• Jet engine fuel system including emergency cut off

• Electronics/avionics packaging & installation assemblies

• Front suspension enclosure and gaiter

In each instance I’ve been responsible for managing all aspects of the assembly from initial conception through to manufacturing, general arrangement and installation drawings.

Due to the range of assemblies, I’ve worked with a variety of manufacturing techniques including fabrications, machinings, weld assemblies, flat patterns, additive manufacturing etc.
