Waterjet & Laser cutting

We cut highly accurate components with a clean finish

Whether your project requires waterjet cutting - with its versatility to cut a wide range of materials without thermal damage - or laser cutting for those intricate, accurate and cost-effective projects, call us for a quote or to discuss your project in more detail get in touch.

Waterjet cutting

No thermal distortion - because no heat is generated during the cutting process, materials are not exposed to thermal distortion, melting, or structural changes. This makes waterjet cutting especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials such as plastics, rubber, and certain metals.

Thick materials - waterjets can process thick sections.

Versatile materials - waterjet technology can be used on nearly all materials, from metals and stone to glass, ceramics, composites, and elastomers.

High quality - the cuts produced are smooth and often require little to no secondary finishing or post-processing.

Laser cutting

Rapid cutting speeds - lasers cut thin to medium thickness materials extremely quickly, making them well suited for high-volume manufacturing and fast turnaround times.

Fine detail - laser cutting is ideal for intricate patterns, fine features, and detailed geometries.

Clean edge quality - the process produces sharp, precise edges with minimal material waste and typically requires little to no post-processing.

Cost and energy efficiency - for thinner materials, laser cutting is generally more economical and energy-efficient compared to waterjet cutting.

How we turn ideas into parts
