Strong
Using Markforged printers, we produce professional-grade components in standard Onyx (a carbon-fibre filled nylon) or add additional reinforcement with continuous glass fibre, offering strength and stiffness comparable to light-duty aluminium. Our parts are durable, load-bearing, and temperature-resistant, with ±0.2 mm precision.
Onyx parts are perfectly suited for mounts, jigs, fixtures, housings, and brackets.
Bright or Flexible
We also offer components in PLA (8 different colours) if you don’t need high strength parts but still need to check assembly fitment or the item only lightly loaded. Perfect for prototypes, our PLA parts look great and maintain tight tolerances.
If you need flexible, durable & impact resistance rubber-like parts, such as bellow, gaskets, stoppers/bumpers, protective coatings or even bespoke drive belts, we can offer parts made from smooth TPU.
High quality
Due to their high-quality surface finish, many components are ready for customer-facing use straight off the printer, requiring no secondary processing.
We are based in Bristol and most of our 3D printing is done in-house but if your project requires sizes or quantities outside of our capabilities, we have a range of high-quality trusted partners we can call upon.
